Natko Yatay Sac Kapma Kelepçesi ile sac veya metal levha kaldırma ve taşıma işlemi yapılırken kelepçe mutlaka çift olarak kullanılmalıdır.

Natko Horizontal lifting clamp sac levhalar ile birlikte bükülmeyecek sağlamlıktaki boruların yatay kaldırma ve taşıma işlemlerinde de kullanılabilir.

Yatay sac kapma kelepçeleri bir vinç veya sapan yardımıyla kullanılmalıdır.

• Natko Yatay Sac Kapma Kelepçeleri normal atmosfer koşullarında kullanım için uygundur.-40 ile 100 dereceye kadar kullanılabilir.
• Yatay sac kapma kelepçesi ile kaldırılacak ürünün kaldırma koşullarına uygun olup olmadığını mutlaka kontrol ediniz.
• Kaldıracağınız yükün düzgün yüzeyli olmasına,kelepçenin baskı yaptığı noktalarda eğim olmamasına dikkat ediniz.
• Kaldırma kapasitesine ve ağız açıklığına uygun Natko Sac Kapma Kelepçelerinin kullanılmasına dikkat ediniz.
• Farklı uygulamalar için yatay sac kapma kelepçeleri ayrı yerlerde muhafaza edilmelidir.
• Yatay sac kapma kelepçesi her zaman kapalı ortamda muhafaza edilmeli ve asla başka bir elementle temas ettirilmemelidir.
• Doğru kelepçesi kullanabilmek için , kelepçe üzerinde bulunan etiketler dikkatlice incelenmeli,ağırlık ve ağız açıklık ölçüleri kontrol edilmelidir.
• Haftada bir kez kelepçeler belirtilen kontrol standartlarına göre sorumlu kişi tarafından kontrol edilmelidir.
• Kaynaklı kısımlarda aşınma veya çatlak gibi kelepçenin zarar gördüğü durumlarda hasarın boyutu ve kapsamı ne olursa olsun ürün kullanılmamalıdır.
• Çalışma şartlarının uygunluğu,tutucu ağız kısmında aşınma olup olmadığı kontrol edilmeden çalışmaya başlanmamalıdır.
• Güvenlik nedeniyle kullanmayı bıraktığınız kelepçeler açıkça arızalı olarak işaretlenmeli ve ayrı bir yerde muhafaza edilmeli ve/veya atılmalıdır.

Ürün kontrolleri her yapıldığında mutlaka tarihleri ile birlikte not edilmelidir.

When lifting and transporting sheet or metal plates with the Natko Horizontal Lifting Clamp, the clamp must always be used in pairs.

The Natko Horizontal Lifting Clamp can also be used for lifting and transporting pipes that will not bend when used together with sheet metal plates.

Horizontal lifting clamps must be used with the help of a crane or sling.

- Natko Horizontal Lifting Clamps are suitable for use under normal atmospheric conditions and can be operated between -40°C and +100°C.

- Always check whether the product to be lifted with the horizontal lifting clamp is suitable for the lifting conditions.
- Ensure that the load to be lifted has a flat surface and that there is no inclination at the points where the clamp applies pressure.
- Make sure to use Natko Lifting Clamps that are suitable for the lifting capacity and jaw opening.

- For different applications, horizontal lifting clamps must be stored separately.
- The horizontal lifting clamp must always be stored indoors and should never come into contact with any other element.
- To use the correct clamp, carefully check the labels on the clamp and verify the weight and jaw opening measurements.

- Clamps must be inspected once a week by a responsible person in accordance with the specified inspection standards.
- If any part of the clamp, especially welded areas, shows wear, cracks, or damage, the product must not be used under any circumstances, regardless of the extent of the damage.
- Before starting work, always check the suitability of the working conditions and whether there is any wear on the gripping jaws.

- For safety reasons, clamps that are no longer in use must be clearly marked as defective, stored separately, and/or disposed of.

Every inspection of the product must be recorded together with the date of inspection.
